Georgia Housing indicators for July are in!

 –  New Listings decreased eight percent to 14,211.
 –   Pending Sales increased 8 percent to 10,839.
 –   Closed Sales were flat, with a .5 percent increase to 10,968.
 –   Days on Market decreased 18 percent to 55 days.
 –   Median Sales Price increased eight percent to $200,000.
 –   Average Sales Price increased four percent to $245,458.
 –   Inventory levels decreased 14 percent to 41,643 units.
 –   Months Supply of Inventory was down 23 percent to four months.
